🧡 What is the light of the heart?
The light of the heart is the central plane of consciousness that connects all dimensions of the human psyche: the lower (instinctive, bodily, and unconscious), the upper (rational, intuitive, superconscious), and the horizontal (functional) thinking – intuition – feeling and perception. It is the energetic and symbolic center of the personality – the place where true integration of opposites can occur.
Unlike the functions of the ego (thinking, intuition, feeling, perception), the light of the heart does not pass judgment or evaluate, but allows all parts to appear and be present. It carries the spiritual function in the Jungian sense: that is, the power capable of mediating unity among inner conflicts.
