General Terms and Conditions of Use and Liability

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") regulate the conditions of use of the software interface and its components (hereinafter referred to as the "Gateway") provided to the user. The user means a natural or legal person who uses the Gateway (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

2. Subject and Scope of the Gateway

The Gateway is a software tool designed to support inner transformation, analysis, and communication. All code and content of the Gateway are provided as open-source, freely accessible and without restrictions (hereinafter referred to as the "Code").

3. Rights and Licenses

3.1. The Gateway Code is provided under an open license allowing free use, distribution, modification, and commercial utilization without the need for further permission.

3.2. No part of the Code may be used in a way that violates applicable laws or good morals.

4. User's Acceptance of Liability

4.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that use of the Gateway is at their own risk. The provider of the Gateway is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries, whether psychological or physical, that may arise in connection with the use of the Gateway.

4.2. The User is responsible for the correct use of information, advice, analyses, and tools provided by the Gateway. The Gateway does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or other advice.

4.3. The User acknowledges that all outputs are results of algorithmic interpretation and may have limited validity or accuracy.

5. Limitation of Warranties

5.1. The provider of the Gateway does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the software.

5.2. The Gateway is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties of quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The Gateway may process personal data of the user only to the extent necessary for its functionality, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

6.2. The provider is not responsible for how the User manages their own data or information.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.

7.2. In case of conflict between these Terms and applicable legislation, the provisions of the law prevail.

7.3. The User acknowledges that by using the Gateway, they confirm their agreement with these Terms.
